- Redemption period: July 24, 2012 - Nov. 30, 2012.
- Not valid with other offers.
- Maximum of 2 coupons may be redeemed per person per visit. Merchant suggest coupon-holders to schedule reservation at least 3 days prior to preferred day. Walk in customers without reservation will not be entertained.
- Please provide your coupon code when you make a reservation and present your printed coupon together with a government issued ID upon arrival at the establishment.
- Last day of reservation to be accommodated will be on November 15, 2012. Strictly no extension.
- In redeeming a coupon and the customer sent it as a gift, the person who is liable for redeeming the coupon shall provide 2 valid IDs. One (1) for the coupon holder (the one who bought the deal) and another one (1) for the person that was given with a coupon.
- All changes to confirmed reservations must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to show up on the scheduled appointment will render coupon invalid.
- Coupon is transferrable and may be given as a gift.
- Coupon is non-refundable.
- No cash back or credit for any unused coupons.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with senior citizen card.
